~ 'bouquet graden' is currently booking for 2009 & 2010 ~

Once we've consulted with you - booking is necessary to secure your date.  50% down is due upon booking (timeframe for this will fall within 2 weeks of initial consultation, upon receipt of your detailed written quote).  The floral 50% balance is due and payable 30 days in advance of your wedding or event date.  This frees everyone as needed to insure we're able to begin bright and early on the scheduled set-up day and more importantly allows you to look forward to your special date - worry free and unencumbered with payment details.

We use the Paypal Credit Card processing system - at your request a detailed PayPal invoice will be sent via email in approx. 24-48 hours.  We will email your PayPal invoice with tax (as applicable for TN residents) and shipping  (scroll to see our pre-set shipping rates below).

Our minimum full wedding or event order begins at $3,500.-- and is adjusted from there according to your overall vision, budget and any requested additional decor items. Jan works exclusively on planning, design and composing your flowers, centerpieces and related decor elements for a full four weeks - giving you the attention to detail you truly should expect.  We simply believe you deserve the best on such an important day!. 

Note:  All orders booked a minimum of 10 months up to 2 years in advance - to guarantee the date.  Exceptions are rare - however, may be arranged in limited cases, if our schedule allows.  The best way to insure you won't be disappointed due to an unavoidable turn-down due to previous bookings is to book as early as possible.

Credit Card Payments:

We utilize the PayPal system for accepting credit card payments.  Jan is available for 30 minutes to 1 hour meeting and consultation and at agreed upon time/place. This is when we'll go over your needs, budget and floral style preferences.   Jan will also explain the basics of the bouquet garden design process - answering any questions or special requests you have prior to your actual ordering  - consultation is available via phone, email or in person (if within reasonable driving distance - as best works for you and at a time that best works with your schedule.
