The 'bouquet
garden' Booking and Design Process:
1. Call and we'll
discuss your plans & floral vision upon discovery that your date is available.
2. Next - we'll make
arrangements to
meet with you within the next 30 days at your larger event or wedding venue.
We take the time to get to know
you, taking notes, walking the area or grounds, present you with related
planning material & color samples and beginning the creative design
process. If you book us prior to selecting your venue - initial meeting may take
place over coffee at your favorite restaurant or your chosen location.
One half of your floral total balance total is due within 2 weeks of our
venue/location meeting to begin the process.
3. From there we'll
stay in touch via the internet and phone keeping you up to date with progress
notes and design photos - making changes or creative additions as needed.
4. Final payment
for your flowers is due 30 days in advance of your event - this frees you on your
special day and also allows us to totally concentrate on the creative set-up your flowers and any specially
requested accent
pieces.
5. Your date
arrives and we're there bright & early - bringing in beautiful flowers, and
stunning accents!
6. The next
morning we take care of finish-up details, packing and picking up centerpiece
vases and additional
custom rental accessories you've contracted from us - example: chair dressing +
chair bands and table scarf's...etc.
Note:
We strive to have
and maintain a flawless and wonderful working relationship with you! Due
to the vast amount of time and resources that go into planning, sampling,
designing, photographing, correspondence and arranging for custom design accents
and flowers - bouquet garden orders are non-refundable.

How do I get started and arrange for our venue
meeting?
An
quick email or phone call is the best way to first check and verify that
your date is available.
(We schedule no more than 12 weddings or events per
year - allowing the necessary time for design & production).
Next, we'll
contact you to
set-up your consultation at your venue or location of your choosing if your
venue is temporarily unavailable or not yet chosen..
Please be as
prepared as you are able: We'll be making
a simple information request of your known specifics (things like colors you
favor, any favorite flower preferences you have, etc...) plus some
additional style preference information that will be most helpful in
designing your flowers.
We welcome your
own photographs or magazine photos you admire - as tools to get an idea of
your style, if you have these available please do bring them along!
We'll present
you with helpful information as well + a 'bouquet garden' design
possibilities - DVD showing many designs and accent options, flowers, chair
covers (an optional item) tabletops and enhanced entry design inspiration.
In addition, a get-to-know you brief questionnaire, swatches card, etc...to
begin our inspiring design journey to the wedding or event you desire and
envision!
