PRICING

Pricing for wedding and larger event flowers is based on the type of flowers chosen and the overall  complexity of design. Wedding pricing examples are based on a number of additional factors including size of your wedding party and total quantity of invited guests.  We also consider he number of table-top and accent centerpieces needed along with coordinating props and entry enhancements, etc.

 

All floral work is completed with an artistic eye and is carefully executed  to truly exceed your floral vision.  Jan works with you throughout the process to insure that you are thoroughly pleased with your finished flowers.

We thoroughly plan your flowers and if desired, your requested additional wedding and event decor' including enhanced entry, table linens and chair dressing.   We are not planners in the traditional sense of coordinating vendors, planning events up to the big day and scheduled timing of the evening, etc.  This allows for time and attention to detail that would not be possible if we offered too wide a scope of services. 

 

Client satisfaction and total attention to your floral needs is based on our taking on  no more than a dozen weddings or larger events per year.  Jan dedicates four solid weeks to meeting your your needs and overall floral vision.  This begins with a meeting and moves to the planning phase, design and ultimate creation of your flowers and accents. It then finalizes with the floral set-up on the morning of your event and later pick up of rented items furnished by bouquet garden. 

 

We offer full custom delivery orchestrated by Ron who is a remarkable logistics and set-up talent - he'll completely set-up your custom design elements and also helps with placement of your key floral pieces and arrangements.   He'll also plan/make provisions for any 'bouquet garden' rental items and will assist with pick up the morning after your special day, so you and your guests are left worry-free!

 

We also work very well with your additional contracted vendors such as event center planners, caterers, etc.  If you are an event planner or choose to appoint one as your main contact - let us know and we'll fully open the lines of communication.

 

 

Luxury (on-site) Wedding Ceremony Flowers & Reception Centerpieces:

The 'bouquet garden' pricing policy for a Luxury Wedding Package to consist of your wedding flowers, wearable flowers, alter flowers, aisle flowers, reception table centerpieces, entry table design and set-up, begins at $3,500.00 We progressively plan for larger weddings according to your specific needs and desires. This option includes your choice of a wide variety of fresh flowers and is highly customizable to suit your style, colors, venue and overall vision.  Luxury weddings must be book from 10 months up to 2 years in advanc with 50% down deposit and 50% balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.  All Luxury Wedding Packages include an initial meeting (at your chosen venue or agreed upon location), plus unlimited contact via phone, email, email photographs, color coordination and design discussions as needed. 

 

Event Banquet and Corporate Dinner (on-site) Floral Packages:

(fresh flowers or your choice of fresh & high-end silk combinations)

 

Events are as unique and customized as your organization or corporate group.  Our pricing is flexible for your event entry and tabletop centerpieces.  Our main focus for your event is your  table centerpieces plus a spectacular point of interest which may be an entry table or speaker table - as needed.  We are highly creative and will work with you in-depth to create a stunning centerpieces that will dazzle and completely wow your employees and clients. Our minimum pricing for larger events begins at $3,500.  Booking starts at 10 months up to 2 years in advance with a 50% down deposit and 50% balance due 30 days prior to your scheduled date.  All Event Banquet and Dinner floral packages include an initial meeting (at your chosen venue or agreed upon location),  plus highly concentrated unlimited contact via  phone, email, email photographs, color coordination and design discussions as needed.

 

Table Linens & Linen Accents - (optional addition):

 

We supply high quality custom tabletop linens in virtually unlimited designs, colors and styles along with chair covers and in-house original design accent bands or chair back swags to coordinate with your chosen venue and overall design vision.  Custom coordinated linens are offered as a stylish addition to the wedding and reception flowers package above.  If you are on a budget - we are very creative at working with upscale venues that provide basic neutral linens - a white table cloth and white cloth dinner napkins. 

 

Chair Covers - (optional addition):

 

We supply virtually unlimited choices in high-quality convention/hotel banquet stack chair covers including color/theme coordinated designer chair back accents.  In addition we are proud to offer our own in-house unique original designer style wider chair bands and creative chair swags as yet another beautiful option. 

 

Enhanced Entry - (optional addition):

 

Enhanced entry includes fully dressed and decorated large entry arch complete with custom fabric draping, and floral accents designed according to your selected unique vision.  An example of a spring-time whimsical enhanced entry design may include a number of hanging flower balls and translucent streamers in vibrant spring pastels.  We add beautiful floral planters - 2 large and 2 medium along with two beautiful plant pedestals. As a special thank-you we always add creative surprise accents and props - guaranteed to enchant and delight your guests!
